General Order Information

  • Once placed, we cannot change, modify or combine orders after you have checked out.
  • Only one coupon code per order can be applied.

Shipping Policy

Orders received before 9 A.M. Monday - Friday PST (Pacific Standard Time) will be processed within 7 days pending item availability and payment verification. Orders placed after 9 A.M. (PST) will begin processing the following business day (This excludes Saturday, Sunday and Holidays). We do not offer Saturday delivery. We use USPS for all orders.

NOTE: Any orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will not be processed until Monday.

Domestic Shipping Methods and Costs.

U.S.A orders are shipped using USPS First Class Mail (6-9 business days). Shipping can be tracked with a USPS tracking number. Please allow one day to receive a tracking number and an additional business day for the tracking to update.

NOTE: We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO.

NOTE: If you refuse delivery of the shipment, you will be held responsible for payment of all return shipping fees and any applicable fees, and taxes. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments. These cost will be deducted automatically from your original form of payment.

annprint is not responsible for:

  • Delays with USPS shipping after it has left our facilities
    • Once a package has left our facility, annprint is not responsible for shipped packages that are not delivered in the expected shipping time. We will not refund shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
  • Any and all International Duties or Customs charges
  • Packages damaged or lost in transit. Once the package has left our facility, USPS (or the shipping carrier used to ship the package) is responsible.
  • Packages/Items marked as delivered by USPS.You will need to contact your local USPS office directly to obtain information on the missing package.
    • All shipments include delivery confirmation. If you do not receive the package after you receive a delivery confirmation email, please contact your local USPS office directly as soon as possible to investigate this issue. We cannot be held liable for packages when the tracking information states that the package has been delivered to the shipping address on the order.

Note:

  • If there is an issue with the tracking information once the item is in transit, please contact USPS directly before contacting annprint. Please allow 1-3 business days for your tracking information to update. In rare cases, an item may not be scanned, but will still be in transit to its final destination. If USPS requests any additional information to resolve any shipping issues, please let us know and we will help as much as possible.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct when placing an order. annprint is not responsible if a package is sent back to us due to an undeliverable or incorrect address. If you see an issue with your shipping address after you have placed an order, please contact us by email info@annprint.com as soon as possible to try to correct the order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to catch the change in time, but we will try to do so before the package has left our facility.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact info@annprint.com within 48 hours of receiving the package.
